I pretty much see where to cut this to gain access to the access plate but I figured I ask before doing so. The old measure twice cut once thing.

 

All the bolt holes lined up nicely when the body went on but, as you can see, the glass is in the way of the access panel. Trim it back then make a clean aluminum plate to cover (removable of course)?

Here's photo of mine.  I cut back too far though.  I hid the aluminum hinge on the back side and foamed around so water would not get inside. As seen I used the cut out fiberglass as the access door.
