Leaks behind the pulley are usually too much crankcase pressure. Make sure the vent hose from the oil fill tower to the carb is not blocked off or kinked.

 

If you've got a non-sand seal pulley, debris can also get in the grooves and prevent it from slinging the oil back into the case. Take the pulley off and clean the grooves. If you do have a sand seal and it's leaking, replace it.

 

Make sure the engine isn't overfilled with oil.
