Mirko, I have never driven any other 356 replica in the rain. I cannot compare my Intermeccanica Roadster to them. My car leaks at the top/windshield mating area in one small spot. If it really pours, the windows get a few drops inside. The is no other leaks. The floor is solid, no air or water leaks. The car is really not suited for bad/cold/rainy weather. It can keep me warm and dry, but is not fun to drive when it rains hard or is cold. With the top up, the standard heat will keep me warm in 45 degree F weather. I have never been in colder temps with the car. The IM dealer in Holland is http://www.speedon.nl/intermeccanica/uk/home. I suggest a visit to them for a first hand look and drive! Good luck!
Mirko... tight.. LMAO... a free Irish house of pleasure is tighter than a Spedster in the rain! Tight.... You crack me up... Nah seriously... the Speedie was never designed for bad weather my friend. You just kinda put-up the top and side curtains and bundle-up! :-) and as for the floor boards, well it's kinda hit and miss I am very lucky with my VS and have never had a major problem with water after a rain storm. My bottom-end seems very tight! LOL that sounded bad! LOL.. I crack myself up!

Good Luck Mirko... and welcome to the Madness..

Rain? Cold? Getting wet? It's all part of the fun. I'd compare the old top on a (well, MY) Classic Motor Carriages car to a shower curtain. If you tucked it just right at the corners, sometimes it worked well and you only got that mid-thigh drip from the door gap.
All things considered, I stay warmer and drier now, with no roof and good foul-weather gear.
It's all in the perspective.
