@Troy Sloan is this something you could make beautiful again? Only 2300 on the odometer.
That’s a nice place to start! One HECKUVA door ding though. Makes my little nicks and scratches seem downright invisible.
I’m going to show my kids this to demonstrate why we don’t allow bikes on my side of the garage.
Cosmetic issues aside, it started right up.
When I first read the caption... I thought it was a white fat person joke.

I only buy Vintage or JPS built cars, but thanks for thinking about me Ryan.
By the photos, can you tell who the builder might be? It looks different than any I recall. Apparently it was owned by the Grand Island Mansion estate. Could it be a garage DIY build?

Why only Vintage or JPS built cars?
Looks to be a CMC/FF California Wide-body with Porsche seats with high backs removed. With a VS/JPS you get fairly constant build quality since most are built inhouse. With CMC/FF you are at whim of the often DIY (one time) builder - could be great or could be "Texas George".
Where's the best chance to sell this car these days? Craigslist? eBay? BaT? I'd love to point them in the right direction.
Pro's and con's
Craigslist.... a multitude of Scammers, use caution.
eBay..... You'll have about $100 in the ad sale or no sale, I've had much success for many years . As you already know , no reference to Porsche within the auction ad text, photos of logos, scripts etc. and gets listed as Kit - Makes - Replica.
BaT:.....Is very fussy with replicas - dune buggy's etc. as with my experience tried to tell me I over valued a car then I sold it onBay for a higher number.
Here on SOC - getting near Spring in Calif! Need specs on engine/trans. Seems decent price. Appears original gel coat finish. Top, tonneau, and side curtains?
TheSAMBA is another alternative.
RCN (Reincarnation) - online and print.
All of the above are free but take longer than eBay.

Like Wolfgang said, the build quality is very consistent on JPS and Vintage built cars. That is the Kirk or Greg Vintage cars, not the Arizona built Vintage cars.

Yes, all blue.
