Who had that great license plate holder at Carlisle? | 356 Speedster, 550 Spyder, Replica, Automotive Community

I wanted to catch up with the Speedster iowner who had a license plate holder marked "Porsche Registry" and had a strip of LEDs accross the top of the holder.

I found the holder on the Porsche Registry site but have a question about the LED strip.

Anyone know whose car that was?

I know that Lane had one with an LED. It might have said "Porsche Registry", butI don't remember.

Tom--I'm sure the one I'm asking abiout wasn't Lane's. I ordered the one from 356 Registry---I'll look in the Whitney catalog for that LED strip.

Jack, the LEDs strips are available at Pep Boys or most automotive stores. They have adhesive strip backing and you can splice it into your brake lights. I paid about $25 for a set.

I ordered the LED from the J.C. Whitney catalog and attached it with double sided tape. Hope this helps
