San Diego based VIP Classics just posted this Speedster replica on their website for sale for $22900. I know they are a reseller, but who do you think is the original manufacture? It looks like a VS since it is obviously belly based. Any input would be appreciated, since it seems like a good deal.

vintage, the curly q red wire going thru the firewall to the motor is a good sign.

Definitely VS. The door panels and the fact that the dash upholstery doesn't go all the way to the doors gives it away. Still, it looks nicely done with the correct seat rather than the usual Vintage ones. The price seems reasonable to me.
