I have a nice 2 liter 914-6 engine for sale. I just pulled out of my 914 to do a 3.2 swap. Engine was rebuilt a few years ago & has webers. Runs strong, doesn't leak. Looking for $4,500 or will trade for a VW bug, mg, etc. something running/driving

You're killing me here.
You can't buy it, Stan.
You owe Rich money, you're hanging out at a bar.
Besides, the engine has Webers, for Chrissake!
Nope. Rich shamed me into paying, and I'm cleaned up and flying right.
... besides, Dellorto didn't make a three-throat.
In that case, what are you waiting for?
Post engine on 914World.
What kind of HP and Torque did those put out?
Stan, it only puts out 106 crank hp. How long would it be until you started looked for more hp?
STAN!!! Get that engine for your VW bus!!!!
It's also posted on 914world & pelican. Stock they're only 100+hp. This one is slightly more with the cam & piston work that was done on it. I have a stock 911 oil cooler & tins so this would be an easy swap into a 912 or a PITA swap into a speedy.
I believe Stan has a pretty healthy 2110 for the bus. What say you, Emperor?
I've got plenty of dough tied up with Type 1 stuff, so I've gotta pass on the 2.0/6. But those things at full-song are really, really sweet.
Stan, is your speedster back on the road? My IM should (fingers crossed) be back on the road next week.
Yes, Ron-- I'm very happy with it's present configuration.
