A while back when I was purchasing my Vintage speedster, I asked Kirk if he also made the Vintage Spyder. Kirk replied with a somewhat firm "no, someone else" and that was the end of that conversation. Who is behind Vintage Spyders and were they ever partners with Vintage Speedsters? Not to be sticking my nose in other people's buisness, however I am curious.

Many years ago Kirk owned Vintage Spyders. He sold the entire operation to Greg in the mid 90's. Up until last year the operations were in side by side buildings, but had no link other than that. Greg moved Vintage Spyders to a new building in Orange, CA last year.
Vintage Speedsters (Kirk) has no involvment in any way with Vintage Spyders (Greg). From what I understand, although they are on friendly terms, the businesses are completely different and they rarely even talk. Sometimes the names can be confusing because they sound so similar, but neither owner has any involvment in the others company.
