OK, here's who has signed up so far (although I'm still missing some info on dinners and so forth from the West Coast crowd.....)

Head count looks good for this early before the meet: 50 people signed up (28 cars) and we always get quite a few just before the meet date.

Once I figure out how to print just what I want from this new DB, I'll publish a list with dinner info (I have it all, just haven't had time to mess around with the DB on here).

If you're coming and you're not on here, then get your info to me pronto! (the email address to the left of this note works) It'll be hard to get into the museum or dinners without advance notice!! (we have to give them all head counts up front)

The dinner cut-off date looks like somewhere around May 4'th, but each place is different and some may be as late as May 8'th. Please don't delay in signing up. This is going to be a GREAT weekend!

Sorry, Aaron. I have you in there now - didn't see your email in there.....Found Barry Crone, too.

Eventually, I'll be sending out a list of folks coming, along with where they're from and their cell phone number so we can join up along the way or keep in touch while at Carlisle.

That list will go to attendees only to keep the list of cell phones to the group only.

Dos Tortillas - The Southeast Caravan will be collecting members on Wednesday the 13th whilst moving northward. We will overnight in Christiansburg, VA, with me, Leon Chupp and his wife, Jack Crosby and his wife, John "Hoss" Halstrand, and Aaron White having our own mini-gathering. On Thursday we will leave Christiansburg and head to Carlisle, stopping the Shoney's in Hagerstown, MD for lunch where we've met up in past years with others like Kelly Frazer and Cory Drake. I'm not sure who will be joining us there this year, but I believe Alan Merklin is planning to head south and meet up with us before we get to Hagerstown. Coming from the other side of VA, you may want to catch up to the Baltimore group (at least I THINK there's a group coming up from there) or you may want to make a drive of it and come over the Hagerstown with Kelly (assuming he's doing that this year). BERT, are you gonna meet up with us there again?
As to hooking up w/ the Southern contingent, that does seem possible, but know this: MUSBJIM is coming up w/ me on Thurs, I do believe, and we are thinking of going via Gettysburg. Details still TBD so I'll need to know again the best location to tie up w/ your caravan, and when. Plan B for us would be to stop by the Battlefield on the way home on Sunday. For us, I hate to say it, the swinger might be what the weather is doing. If crappy on Thurs, will push the G'burg thing to Sunday and hope for better; if weather good Thurs, may take that good chance. Anybody else interested in Gettysburg??
As usual, I have no idea where the heck we'll (I'll) be just before Carlisle. The current plan is either to hook up with the "followers of Mr. Anderson" and the rest of the "Matrix" crew on Wednesday, or just head up I95 and visit with my weird Bro-in-law in DC (always an occasion for many laughs). Depends on whether Kathy wants to come along or not. We'll see, but it's early yet.

Jack: Don't know if you know it or not, but your wife's name is really Gloria. She's been keeping it from you for years. So sorry that I have to be the one to break it to you..........

;>)

See Y'all at Carlisle (I'll be the guy in the big green truck)
Last year Cory, MUSBJIM and I met Kelly in Laurel and cruised together to Hagerstown. Depending on what Kelly and MUSBJIM's plan is, I think I'll do that again. At the minimum I'm in for the rendezvous at Shoney's in Hagerstown with the caravan-folks. It's a shame that Cory's going to miss this one.

We're going to need LOTS of pictures to send him.
That was a good one!! Definitely worth the price of admission!!

I think I'll have Desi (cabanaboy) print up some wraps for my shoes (like those advertisement wraps you see on cars nowadays). The twist will be that I'll have wraps that 'look' like bare feet over my Doc Martins!

..that's why they call me the GUAMANIAC!!!!

BWAAAAAAA HAAAAAAAAA HAAAAAAAA

Its not too far of a stretch to imagine I'd be escorted off the Gettysburg battlefield for SOME kind of apparel infraction!

Teresa...here's one of my favorite pics from my visit with you guys...
