They look like Centerline. They will make just about whatever you want (offset lug pattern size) as long as it is in there line up. Convo Star it shows up with the outer rim fluted but I believe you can get them smooth also.

And I believe Angela's right. If they're not CenterLines, they're probably Weld wheels. The guys at Pacific Customs would know for sure, and may actually stock those.
They had a 40-year-old pair of riveted wheels I needed, and could tell what I was after from an e-mailed photo.
They're somewhere in LA. I'll look later today to see if I have a phone number.

Hey there Cory that is me Steve. Angela is not up all night, is she? Those wheels are Aluminum thou not steel. They are as cool as the car, when I get back to the real world I could see a set on one of the subie powered cars I will be doin.
