Steve is going to build a speedster (having fallen completely in love after one ride with Scott Sloan). Not today, not immediately - but he will build one. When $$$ loosen up and we both don't feel like the sky is falling every time we pick up a newspaper...

Anyway, the big reason he wants a speedster is that properly configured, they fit him MUCH better than our spyder does.

Now most of you guys haven't seen Steve. He's not a fat, he just sorta ate his wheaties... This is a pic I ran across from a cruise we did this last summer. I'm driving (duh) - Steve is passenger waiving to all the pretty ladies.

See the problem with the size thing? hahhaa!!!

I don't know Mark, I am not large at all 5'9", approaching 200 lbs. I got in and out all right, but I found it more difficult to get in and out of a 904(Chuck's) than a Spyder.

Whatever way they build, I know it will be a special car built by two of the most-warped-in-the-right-way minds I know of in kitdom!
Real steep entry into the 904 and there will be alot of money into the drivetrain. The speedster is a relatively inexpensive build, particularly with the drive train we intend to use. Have some pretty creative ideas for that, it will make a nice car.

Doesn't matter right now. We are being so careful with money that we wouldn't put the cash out to build a Revel model, so it's all a pretty moot point.

But when we aren't squeezed so tight - speedster first. Steve's tired me me taking his car and he doesn't fit!!!
