Wife's at Knotts

Are we allowing our wife's to come to the show? JUST KIDDING. My wife was not going and now she is considering it but was wondering if there would be other wife's that dont share the "let's sit around and talk speedster" life style.

Is anyone else's wife coming to Knott's? I am really not a pig

I'm trying to get mine there,,,,but she didn't like sailing, dirt Biking, nor Hot Rod building either!!!!!!!!
come to think of it....she hates my hobbies, and probably doesn't like me much either!

I think my wife and 2 year old daughter will be there. They also might be hanging out with my sister-in-law for the weekend in Riverside while I drool over everyones speedsters and spyders at Knotts.

No way in hell I will have my speedster done by April, so the whole family is just going to fly on down for a long weekend.

Told my wife she could go, but she has to wash and detail my car when we get there. I think that was enuf to get her to change her mind....
Told her it was sort of a 'guys weekend' I am not really a dog...

My wife is traveling with me. She'll probably get left somewhere between OKC and Amarillo. I figure we'll hate each other after the first 20 hours or so of driving... Oh wait, she's the one w/ family in CA so that may be hard to pull off. Yeah, she'll be there.

Her idea of adventure in a car also includes A/C, power steering, brakes, and a nice stereo. My little Speedster has none of the above!

OK. I got the appostrophies in the incorrect spot. I have to tell you, I love her dearly, but ONE is enough. (one at a time, that is)

I am planning on flat towing my IM down with the slim chance the car may sell. That is also the only way my wife will travel,.. something about 8-9 hours in uncomfortable seats, no heat or a/c, no radio,...blah,blah,blah. Then I said its no more uncomfortable than giving birth and you did that twice already with no problem and look at the wonderful results.

I will be repairing the damage that comment made for a good time to come. I hope I can still go.

My wife is 50/50 on it. I'm 50/50 on that too. If she doesn't go, packing will be a breeze. If she does go, well, packing will be hell.
