HERE THEY ARE ! The clear wings really look cool ! The Visors are dark grey/smoked and will block 60% of the sun. When driving with your  sunglasses they are perfect.

The new hinges look much better than the prototypes. The Red wing displayed here has the prototype hinge. Also the Red wing is an example of what the Red ones look like and what any transparent wing or visor looks like with the laser etched border. Sorry...I can't sell them with that Porsche badge...Just with the border. The border cost extra. Colors. I can get many different colors but each color change costs me $60.00. That is why I am only offering clear wings and grey visors right now. However, I do have a few Red wings and visors because that is the color I chose for my red car. These are available on a FCFS basis.

Prices:  Wings and Visors are $150.00 per set of two. If you want laser etched borders it's $30.00 per set of two and delays shipping by a few days. Door pulls are $60.00 a set in aluminum or bronze. (W/O badges)

Shipping: I'm using USPS Priority Mail so it's the std. $14.00 anywhere in the US          I can ship to Europe as well but it costs more and can be quoted at time of order. Door pulls are $8.00

Payment: PayPal....Bruce Williams    bajadolphin7@yahoo.com

P.S. I included a photo of my door pulls as installed in my car. The badges came off of two Key fobs sold by Sierra Madre Collections here in Pasadena.

There will be a set of wings, door pulls, and a foot peg raffled off at the Carlisle event.          Cheers .......Bruce

Hi Cole....No, not spring loaded.  If you look at the left photo of the wing you will see a countersunk 1/4" Allen hex head cap screw in the center of the clamp part. This tightens the clamp but only so far. The real clamping is accomplished thru  3M high density foam tape between the clamp and the windshield frame. This keeps the clamp and frame from coming in contact and marring the surface.  There is also a tongue-and-groove slot milled into the mating surfaces of each half of the clamp. This keeps the two halves from being miss-aligned during installation and limits the amount of squeeze of the clamp. I supply a 3/16" Allen wrench with each set of wings and/or visors so the owner can quickly remove them. It's really simple and the wrench should be stored in a sandwich bag (rust you know) in a door pocket.......Bruce

Bruce-  I received and installed the clear side wings on Saturday.  They look awesome.  Great execution, quality parts!

I will try to post some pictures later this week... The sky openend up and it has been downpouring since Sunday here in Seattle...  top is now on, and the side wings have been removed and are on the passenger seat waiting for the top to come off for me to take some beauty shots.

Thank you again Bruce.

Got my wind wings on Penny. Amazing! 20mph faster, 30mpg more...                           All kidding aside, a very nice product.

Penny loves some jewelry but she's a working gal so it has to be pretty and functional. Bruce's wings fit the bill. First off, they are small but so is the windshield. They came well protected and Bruce includes instructions and Allen wrench. You'll be tempted to throw the instructions away but don't! You'll end up trying to remove the inner red tape, which is not really tape.

Once the wings are installed you can barely see them. I have the clear ones - I'm sure the red ones will be noticeable. They do look period correct and they actually serve a function. Keep in mind that I installed a wind screen (belt) and now I have added suspenders (wings)! With the addition of the wings I would estimate another 20% reduction in wind noise and 30% reduction in side wind. I still wear a hat but it stays on much better with the addition of the wings.

I know Troy offers his cruzin' windows and I will purchase a set when he releases the full height version, but Bruce's wings cut down the side wind and allow you to place your arm on the sill - a necessary pose if you want to look cool, like me.

The only thing I would like to see, if there is a 2nd generation of the wind wings, is a smaller, more delicate looking clamp. I don't know if that's possible - that's just bitching from Penny.

Great job, Bruce! Money well spent.20160529_084337_resized20160529_084324_resized20160529_084648_resized

Those look great, Terry.

If you're considering Troy's windows, you may want to go with the ones he's always made.

I've mentioned this before, but they work great with the top up in the cold if it's not actually raining. We left Monterey a few weeks ago in early morning fog/mist with temps in the 50's. The Cruzin' Windows leave just enough gap at the back edge for good ventilation. In cold, damp conditions the car would have fogged up inside with regular side curtains.

Suspenders? No white, patent-leather belt yet, I hope.
