Very tight fit.....
The TIV in stock form is LARGER than a 911 engine. Converted to upright with a DTM its 1-3/4 more narrow than a TI.

Not tried but it sure looks to me like it would since the Speedster engine bay is deeper. I have one I stripped all the rusted sheet metal and FI components off --- I sure wish I had tried it --- would save some $800 for new shroud and fabrication. Seems cooling would be same as when in 914/Type 2/412 and a whole lot easier to work with than when it was in either of them.
