I have standard 4-bolt Beck rims now. I'm planning on switching to 5-bolt in the future so the adapters will only be used for a short time. Think these will fit on a narrow body Beck with the adapters?

If my math is correct, that would be the equivalent of a 40mm offset wheel, and the 1" from the spacer would make your rear the same as a long axle transaxle (you have short now). That is standard wheel specs for long axle so there should be no issue with fitment at all.
