Someone said they saw a picture of my car in a magazine called "Windblown Witness". I think it is a Porsche magazine but I am not sure about the mag or the article. Anyone out there have any info? My car is a Thunder Ranch Speedster with cream colored wheels.
Thanks,
David Balser
Got a call from a friend this morning. Windblown Witness is a Porsche magazine, news to me, and the article is in the July 2005 issue and the title is "Flattery or Deception", something about Kit Car folks building Speedsters. I have not read the article but the title sounds interesting. If anyone has a copy of this magazine they could share with me, I would be very grateful. I think the picture was taken at a car show in Julian, California over Memorial day weekend where I won best in class for Replica Cars. Thanks if you can share.

Stacey,
Thanks for finding the article. I read it and encourage others to also look it up on the web site because it is the first time I have heard a "Real" Porsche owner say something complimentary about our cars. I am not on a mission to gain acceptance from the PCA, or from anyone else for that matter, but it is nice to hear someone from the dark side may have seen the light. I have been driving my car on a daily basis for two years in San Diego and I can't remember the last time I saw a "Real" Speedster go down the street. I think I am having more fun!
