Lexan...glass shop, (I'll look at the ga. thickness later) the rubber is no longer available from JC Whitney and the only other source is Fairchild Industries (will post the up contact info)that sells it in 25 or 50 ft rolls.
Also, you should get Lexan MR10 (or Makrolon AR or Tuffak CM2) instead of plain Lexan. It has an abrasion resistant coating that will keep the windows clear for a lot longer. Downside is you can't form it but since the side windows are flat it won't be a problem.
I use 1/8" Lexan "Margard" or UV coated Palsun, should available at most glass places but I doubt Home Depot or Lowes. See http://www.palramamericas.com/ for distributors. Rubber trim seal was available from JC Whitney but is OOS for three months.
