Windshield Holes Plugged??

Hey there,

I am thinking of buying a Spyder that has had the Speedster windshield removed and the smaller plexiglass one installed. This has left a number of holes in the fiberglass from the bolts. Anyone know what are the options for getting these filled and how much would it cost?

Craig, I'm kind of curious about your windshield, and wonder if you could send me a few pictures. Most if not all of the guys who have a plexi windscreen installed have it done along with the body work, that is filling the holes removing wiper motors etc, is this something you are doing on your own? Who's windshield did you get? I have been working on the same thing you are and will fill the holes, at least the large holes on the ends where the Speedster windshield post were with those throme pipe ends you can get at the large hardware stores. Send me some pictures. Thanks.
