This weekend I thought I would try something different with the coming of cooler weather. I put the top up and went for a drive. Other than having the feeling of sitting inside a drum I realized at the first red light I was going to have a problem seeing the light turn green without bending over into the open passenger seat. I remembered a glass prism that I had seen on a hot rod truck with a front visor and started searching the net. What I found might be of help if anyone else has this problem. Not glass but plastic and it does work. $10.00 plus shipping.
