musbjim and I were talking about putting something together. What is HRE?
HRE Wheels. They have an open house at their plant every year and the cars that turn out are amazing. There are lots of giveaways including a set of wheels ($6,000) and they also have tours of the manufacturing plant (pretty cool).
I had 3-piece HRE wheels on a '82 SC we used to have. When I sold the car, I sold it with the cookie-cutters it came with! 
Glenn, are you going to the HRE open house this weekend? I'm toying with the idea of driving down for something to do!

Did you guys decide on a drive sometime soon? Maybe the 5th or 6th of July? On a different note.... I'm heading to the concours de elegance at pebble beach this year, anyone else heading up the west coast? Maybe we can start planning now!
