Brand spankin new set up of AJ Smith set up Dual 40 Kadrons/Solex on an Empi Intake, with Empi Linkage. Virtually new, and set up right now to run from the box for most of you with 1600-1641-1776-1835's. Squirt and jets are right and this system was used once on a spare engine I maintain just to see how they work (great). Promise they have no more than 30 minutes run time and two hours on engine.... no sh*t. For those who do not know AJ, he IS the king of Kads, and his systems come with both ends of the intakes flat polished, properly set up for your application. Still in shrink wrapper..... slighly opened.

Scat drag shifter ( real, no imitation), in 99.9% shape, used one summer. T-Handle, chrome, reverse lock out, boot, complete. An awesome system, short accurate, solid throw. I love this shifter but want the vintage look so am going back to an early model stocker with short shift kit. My loss, your gain. Best you can buy 'cept a Berg.

1.5" CB Performance merged system with set up for 1.5 boxes. Ideal for 1600/1776-1915s. Going from 1 3/8s to these 1 1/2s made a world of difff in perf and sound. Comes with all hardware, plus a Dynamax muffler. Every thing but J-Tubes or 1 1/2 boxes. I'm using the 1.5 boxes from this system on my new CSP system. Call CB and they'll send tubes or boxes in a flash. I have a name and number and will point a buyer to the source. Great system, no flaws, in heat black.... no rust, no dings, perfect.

I just posted a shot in my file Dub-U-Tub VS. It's not a great shot, as it was a distance one that I just manipulated down to a size that caught the shifter, and it's in black and white. If you want to wait a week I'll have the car back and will take a pic of it unistalled on a white B/G. I will also loook in some distributor pages and maybe paste a copy in my files. I'll let you know.

It cost $79.95 originnally, and comes with it's boot and base plate built in. It's called "SCAT Drag Fast Shifter" and can be seen in any Cal Import Parts Ltd ad in the magazines, or probably a dozen other distributors, including SCAT. I do know that from experience and reputation, it is absolutely the best shifter I've used. I hear BERGs are a step above, but their price is double too. Anyway, it looks like the old flat steel (chrome) shifter used in 60's/70's era GTO's SS's, etc., and has SCAT embossed instead of HURST. The T Handle is the same as on the above mentioned Hurst, except no embossing, and fits great plus is adjustable. The boot is a very sturdy Black, with a chrome base plate that attaches to the floor with 4 scews. Installation is a snap, and for reverse there is a triger (small t-handle) on the shifter that you use your shifting hand fingers to reach (easily) to pull up while you go back left for reverse. Piece of cake to install, and better yet, there is no vague feeling in the throw, and a nice feel as you mesh into the next gear.

Make me an offer, and we will get this puppy in the mail stat.

Sold and shipped the SCAT Shifter to a fellow member.... he got a great deal. Still haver the new AJ Smith Dual Kads set up, ready for your 1600-1915cc T1, Also a CB 1 1/2" bolt on system with a Dynomax, ready for your performance and DCBs pleasure. Also have a 009 Dizzy with Compufire Installed, ready to drop into your car..... 2,000 miles on it, like new.

thanks for the shifter. I received it yesterday and put it right on.
Looks great and I'm sure I will be even happier if/when I get this darn car finished.
I am still interested in the other parts we talked about.
