I have several diagrams, none of which follow the same colour codes. Does anyone know where I can source the correct diagram to save me from transposing all the info? For example, my horn colours are Purple and Green, fuel sender is Green/Black and Black.

Mfg's each make their own harness design, usually red is hot, black or green ground but you'll need to track down the harness Mfg. or start tracing wires (one circuit at a time ) which isn't all that difficult if you have basic wiring knowledge. There are times that I've done the tracing, on one, the previous owner wir3edthe entire car with red # 14 wire..... I just pulled out a large pair of scissors and gutted the underside of the dash .
Ditto. If you know the manufacturer, they might be able to send you a diagram (or someone on this forum might have one). The IM harness on my car doesn't match with your horn or fuel sender examples. Another tip in addition to Alan's is that brown is often seen as a ground in older Porsches.
Thanks - I've asked the manufacturer (through the kit-provider), but they say that they won't supply a diagram due to a risk of someone copying their wiring loom (yeah, I know). I've asked again as that's crazy. BTW, all my earth connections are Black.
Anyone have a wiring diagram for a 2010 IM with Audi 1.8t or something close?
