wiring looms

i built a speedster back in 1989 and am doing some general refurbishment - it is 15 years old! at the time i constructed the loom out of the donor vw loom. i am thinking of purchasing a loom from one of the manufacturers. any comments on them? the loom isn't that difficult to layout - i should just bite the bullet and construct a new one. any ideas? any comments and suggestions would be welcome. thanks for your help. great site this!
