I saw this kit in a kit car magazine quite a few years ago (10 maybe?) it is called a Dion Speedster and was built on a targa 911- I thought you guys might have seen one around. I'm looking for one.

this was the only reference I could find.

Hey Zyggy!

You wouldn't want to mess up a cool handle like "Zyggy Stardust" by driving a car that looks like a Miata!

That would be like riding a moped! They're fun to ride, but you wouldn't want your biker friends to see you on one!

IMHO You'd get mucho grande more satisfaction (as well as serviceability) from a Speedster or Roadster from any one of the manufacturers on this site.

I also remember seeing this manufacturer years ago, but unfortunately I don't have any leads to their availability. Good luck with your endeavor.
For that year 911, there are some pretty neat body mods that do NOT look like a Miata. There's a 993 wide body that you could use to make an 83 targa into, basically a 993 cabriolet. We have an 82 that we'll probably do that with as a fellow we know has that body kit and lacks the skillz to install it. Oh and he doesn't have the car to put it on... Details.

This one you sent a pic of though, is not a flattering body conversion on a 911. angela
