This Wright 4-speed, 3.88 R/P, stock VW geared, swing axle transmission which came installed in my Beck Speedster Deluxe Roller Speedster is being replaced with a new, custom geared Rancho due to a new engine install. This Wright has 3600 miles on it and is being offered here for $425 plus shipping. Located in Wisconsin. Ready for shipping within 14 days (sooner if circumstances needed it).

Mike, Only guessing, shipping about $75-$100 to out there. As far as I know, it's basically a stock VW geared tranny with the 3.88 R&P. I'm looking for an offer since it'll just be sitting here collecting dust unless someone takes it off my hands. It came in my Beck when I got it new. It worked fine for me last year, but with my newer bigger engine, I felt I needed a differently geared and stronger one. New from Wright I saw going for $700 plus.
Yours would have been ordered by Green Rides and drop shipped here IIRC.
The specs should have been:
1st 3.80
2nd 2.06
3rd 1.26
4th 0.89
R&P 3.88
If it is the Pro Street version then it should have 4 spider gears and a super diff, as well as a welded 3rd and 4th. I know Rancho does this for me, and Wright was supposed to have copied Rancho's specs, but I can't say for sure.
Stock version will only have the normal diff with 2 spider gears.
We only do the thick aluminum side plates on the Pro Street version so it will be easy to tell which Rich has.
