The SoCal area is lousy with car/marine upholstery shops. I figured Jim could call the company to see if they had someone in the SoCal area to recommend.
What I thought was most important, however, were the photos on that site as they give a great visual for a tow bra.

Checked mine this morning and it's the smaller size that just covers the front of the car and a bit above the headlamps. Not the larger version that you're lookin' for.
