Where can I get blank keys for a VS without buying the whole ignition?

any locksmith should easily be able to create a new key from the ignition.
Also - i don't know wat kin of ignition it is - but it may be cheaper to jsut buy a new ignition switch rather than paying to get it rekeyed. screwy i know, but these ignitions(well - the one i have anyway) was only $20 with 2 keys

I had a spare key made for my VS at homedepot.
I have a key - I just need to make a copy - but no one around seems to have the key needed for the copy...
ahh, sorry, i thought you lost the keys.
Got mine at the local Ace Hardware.........
Places like Lowes and HD don't seem to carry every key blank - hence the $1.50 price. You probably have a big commercial locksmith in town though and they have vast quantity of blanks. I tried to have keys made for my Travel Trailer as a spare - neither building supply had. Baldino's in Wash DC area promptly cut me 2 for $6 each.
i just had keys made for my vs. They are post office box keys believe it or not.
