Looks like near all the ones on SAMBA are '68 up - what year had the lock screw and 12V? Might be a one year '67 only.

I will check my parts stash tonight. I know I have a 912 complete assembly, but it's too long in the shafts to fit the Speedie configuration. I have a number of old assemblies on the shelf, and I'm sure I have one with the 68 and later shafts, but I'm not sure about the older style. I'll let you know tomorrow.

I'm pretty sure that the 12 volt motor and assembly with the earlier pivot arms are 1967 only (a cross-over year), but you can swap the earlier pivot arms into any wiper assembly and the arms are available used and new.
No matter what you find, you're going to want to break it down for cleaning, paint, and lubrication anyway; just get the older arms then, when you put it all back together.
