Hey Jack--check with Kirk Duncan at Vintage Speedsters--his latches look very much like the ones in the CMC construction manual.

Also, you mention wanting a pair of them---do you already own one latch and need two more to make three or are you planning to use just two latches on your car? The CMC manual shows three latches---the center one is slightly off center.

My VS had just two latches and I installed a center one at the same time I tightened my top by re-fitting the material in the bow. It is sealed tight now. (I'm NOT making this up!)

What rubber are you planning to use in the bow to seal it to the top of the windshield frame?---Jack
Jim,

Good to hear from and thanks for the information.

My CMC only utilized two convertable latches (Left/Right). My Convertable top functions fine but I'm building a F-Glass top for the car and want to use the same type of windshield latch so I don't have to change the "Hold-down/attachment Location" currently utilized on my windshield.

I've already installed a Carerra Couvered Enging cover and Toneau Cover with Driver Head Fairing. Those two pieces were quote "Labor intensive" but the out come was worth. With the greater depth of "F-Glass" experience I gained the F-Glass isn't turning out to be very difficult. The side Window & Rear Glass have been difficult since finding the "Right Pieces" tests your patience.

Next after the Glass Top is a F-Glass piece to extend from the G-Glass Tonneau cover to the dash. I saw them in E-Production Speedsters when I was racing SCCA years ago.

Anyway; thanks for the help.

Jack
