Gene Berg has an HD rubber mount. WAY better than a urethane version - lots less engine noise and vibration transferred to the frame.

CIP part adds a mid mount to trans - for jack rabbit starts or higher hp.
mounts depend on the year of the car& the trans, there were more than 1 style.I recently got a new (used nose cone 3 bolt) and found out the mounting flange isant at the same angle as the 2 bolt is,I havent a clue as to why vw did this, so you can just drill a 2 bolt to fit a 3 bolt or versavisa, with out milling it to the proper angle. cb perf has rino mounts that are stronger than the red prothane mounts from bugpoop,I use a oe nose cone mount(3 bolt) and fill it in with polyurathane and also use a padded front&rear trans strap kit.along with frome horns tied to the shock towers& across(kafer bars type setup).I will probably do about the same on my 356.
