Hello from sunny Seattle!
I am looking for a recent production Intermeccanica Roadster. I already have a 62 B coupe in excellent condition but would love to add either another 'driver' coupe that I can change to a rally car look or a convertible like Intermeccanica's roadster. I definatly want to spend less than 30K, appreciate anyone input. Thanks Mike

Mike,

There have been several on E-Bay lately. Not sure $30K is realistic for a "later" model one but maybe a 10+ year old car might pop up.

Here is one at $25K Buy it now:

As always with a Buy it Now you need to be careful it might be a scam.

Good luck.
Warren, Ben,
Thank you for your suggestions, I called Henry today and he is providing me with details on the off white car.
David,
I have the e-bay car plus some others on my watch list for follow up.
There is a very nice silver car in CA for 35K asking without bids. The car has been relisted a couple of times, maybe it has room to come down.
My favorite color is still Meissen Blue. If anyone has a car for sale, even outside the Seattle area, let know please.
Mike - If the car pictured below is the one you referenced (nice silver for $35K, relisted several times), I inspected that car for another SOCer. While it seemed to be in decent condition, dealing with the owner/seller was sketchy. He was inconsistent in returning my calls and with his responses to my queries regarding the car's title/pink slip.

Relisted several times, no bids...buyer beware!

Jim,
Thank you for taking the time to let me know. Here is the current ebay lising:

I hope the link works, otherwise the item number is 110592736726
I appreciate your telling me about it. I am in Washington State and the market here is much more limited, if compared to SOCAL. There are no IM's currently for sale here. I have talked to the factory and they don't have a Roadster D in my price range either.
Mike - yes, that's the car. After going back and forth, the owner was rather evasive with myself and the out-of-state SOC buyer when we tried to close the deal (money in hand). He eventually let on that he didn't have the title/pink slip. Something about him losing it or misplacing it. Whatever, the deal was off.

I guess your concern would be problems you might encounter trying to register this car in your state (and however your DMV classifies it) with anything other than an original title/bill-of-sale.

Maybe look into the Envemo Super 90 Cab that Paul C is selling on this SOC site.
Jim, Louie,
Thanks for sharing, I won't bother with him.
JIM,
YOU SAID THAT YOU WERE TRYING TO CLOSE THE DEAL (MONEY IN HAND). i HOPE DON'T MIND ME ASKING WHAT THE "HAMMER PRICE" WAS? I AM TRYING TO GET A FEEL FOR THE MARKET, AFTER ALL THIS CAR WAS NICELY EQUIPPED AND HAD LOW MILEAGE? THANKS
