If you don't have a metal break or can't D.I.Y., let me know and I can make one for you pretty quickly. I tossed mine months ago, thinking it was useless.

If your car is also missing the cable control GET A SOLENOID LATCH.
The cool thing is to wire it to operate off your car security remote.
No buttons or knobs to drill/install!

Mine looks like a piece of hard foam covered with fiberglass --- why not cut one out of a 2x4 and glass in in?

If you're going to D.I.Y., here are a couple images of mine from before I tossed it. There wasn't anything complicated about the sheet metal, other than the folds that the glass ran over. I'd suggest mocking it up out of cardboard forst, like when you made paper boxes waaay back in your high school geometry class ...
(It was so long ago for me that we had to use clay tablets. That was kinda hard. You hadda fold 'em before they fired the clay in the kiln.)
