The rocker panel trim turns up quite a bit on Ebay, as do the mirrors actually (if nobody has one here for you). I just picked up a set of rocker trim for a very low bid, along with an "up shine" number plate light.
Seems like a pain and all, but you ought to give Ebay a try. It seems to bring out a lot of genuine Porsche stuff for short money.

I don't believe there is a correct mirror for the Speedster -- I use old chrome Talbot Juniors (Believe British or French made)-- there is also a larger size and they come in both chrome and duller aluminum. I've see 911/356's with Durant mirrors too. Forget the brand of the others you frequently see maybe - Tissot or Hella? Do search on ebay for Porsche Mirror or Durant or Talbot. Pelican has the 3 OEM styles listed in their online catalog and the years they were used. Try:
