You may want to save your money, and try again when your budget is larger. Your present budget equals US$12,500. That would buy a fixer-upper in the US, but you will likely have substantial import duty, taxes, possible modifications to pass inspection, some shipping costs, etc. Best of luck in whatever you decide.
