I have extra '58 column (or before) and housing that looks like the one in this SAMBA ad - I do not have the turn indicator assembly but CIP1 sells the assembly.  I'll take photo tomorrow. If you're interested I'll give you 1st. dibs.

Think the switch would be the following.

looks more like a 1966 beetle colum Its not the correct  thing in any case if you want it to look original  . Your best bet would to be get 2 old 66 or 67 bus and remake a 8inch longer colum out of them 67 bus is the perfered switch  it has the headlite dimmer in it  Use a super beelte unilink at the lower end  so you can mount the colum straight in the cab and use the copper pipe bushing and cabon contact kit for the horn wire inside the shaft.
