I live in the tropics and that means occasional showers even on a Sunny day. I wanted to :"scotch guard"/waterproof the top, however I went to the hardware store and they recommended a "outdoor tent/canvas silicone sealer". I sprayed it on,and you can actually see the liquid silicone when it gets on the paint/windshield and have to wipe it off,vs. Scotchguard which leaves very little residue.
I will report back on how it works, and whether or not water leaks through.

I have done the RaggTop stuff on my top, but can't say how it goes 'cause havn't had it in the wet since done. Did two coats, after using the RaggTop cleaner. Top did not leak before, but would take on a "really wet" look after a while. I was hoping to get that beaded water drop thing going under wet conditions w/ the application. Will report back if/when I run in the rain.

w/ YET MORE SNOW ON THE GROUND TODAY, GOD ONLY KNOWS WHEN it will be cruisin' time again on the East Coast . . .
