Yes the "Shark Gill" vents are the bomb!

Henry cuts a rectangle, then leaves three 'tabs' for mounting a spring loaded licence bracket.  The bottom two tabs are for mounting the frame; the top tab is for a rubber 'bumper'.

Here are a couple of shots that I hope shows what he does.  It is needed with the six cylinder engine to get access the pulley for changing belt(s).
